I concurr with Thom, here,
You wont find much in the list for this one, coz either nobody else has found an easy way to solve this, or they are keeping it close to their chest.
But .procmailrc sound the best way to go, I resorted to this on my raq3, and it works quite nicely, but setting up thousands may be a real pain ! <g> I wouldn't envy you that little weekend job !
There is plenty of stuff out there on procmail (http://www.procmail.org.) and formail, which are the two likely areas you'll end up, and much of it you'll be able to cut-n-paste probably ! (unless you are already a procmail wizard!)
Other than that, I wouldn't know about setting up on a raq4, but on a 3 was a pain, required 2711 chmod's on the users dir to get it wo work and safely !
Hopefull the raq4 will/ is easier to get procmail running !

Good luck!
