i guess not. i think it is associating to the "heisenberg's unsharpeness-relation"
(that's my best effort to translate the german wording), this means the closeer your
get the little you know about it (very general interpretation) or in detail,
you can tell only one of two parameters exactly - in this case either the position
of an atom or the exact time when it will be there (please, correct me, physics courses
are far away from me nowadays).
