If you remove a user, then add them back, this will occur in unix.
UIDs are numerical, so they are in fact different users, even though
they have the same name, they don't own the files.

The point is that the users have not been delted, the files becomes in a way
"hijacked" of a non exsisiting user. and the user/owner can no longer modifi
og delete it.
