[cobalt-developers] !!Fail to modify two IP addresses in Qube 3

Hi there,

  I tried to modify primary and secondary network interfaces cards through Web page System/TCP/IP. I set the primary IP as 192.168.3.98 and netmask as 255.255.255.0 while secondary IP as 192.168.3.99 and netmask as the same. When I committed, it displays errors:
 The DHCP service has been disabled. The new IP address of the system is on a different subnet than the IP addresses to be assigned to DHCP clients. Please check your Address Assignments  and ensure that they are on the same subnet as the server. 
  Sorry, an error occurred while trying to create an email server map file. If mail server configuration files were removed or manually modified, please restore the original versions and try again.

 And web page still display the old IP and netmask values.  Nothing can be modified!

  For debugging, I login as root and started /usr/sausalito/bin/cceclient and do as following operations:

I checked eth0 and eth1 with ifconfig and found all modification has been available.


  Why?  Pls. help me.
