[cobalt-developers] ANNOUNCE: Turning digest delivery back on

Dear Cobalt Developers,

On Thursday, March first this mailing list program on this server 
went berserk and started sending repeated copies of the daily digest 
to everyone who had subscribed to the digests.

I disabled digest delivery when I was alerted to this problem, and 
the next day our engineers upgraded the mailing list software.

I waited for more than a week to make sure things had settled down 
with the server, and now I am turning digest delivery back on.

I am signing myself up for digest delivery to that in the future I 
will personally see any problems emerge.

Please let me know if you experience any problems.
