Sorry !
I have no idea what thios means,
but look on the good side here, at least you know where the problem is :)

I would suggest you do a:
    mv access access.mybak
and then vist a page or two, then try logrotate again (manually)!
And if that goes, then the Webalizer may work!
If it does,
Then we can concentrate on fixing the busted access log file
