Try this instead:
http://ftp.cobalt.com/pub/packages/raq2/eng/RaQ2-All-Security-3.0.1-8532.pkg
You had an extra R in Raq2. Raq2 not RRaq2. Get yourself a beer...you're working
too hard. <g>
