I've hit this on a couple of my sites too. The only thing that I've found
to work is disable, and then re-enable the FP extensions. It's not an
elegant solution for 150 sites, and it certainly doesn't explain why it
happened in the first place, but it does work.
Perhaps someone else on this list has a better solution/explanation?
