[cobalt-developers] amending /etc/httpd/conf/access.conf

You need to su to root before editing the file. RaQ's don't tend to like 
you editing the conf files direct, so I'd suggest you use the per-domain 
.htacess for the directive (only my .02, may not matter though :)
