Guys a while ago I started downloading all Raq updates right from the
machine itself into /home/packages as specified by Cobalt. Yet I've noticed
that the directory would get filled up real quick when I leave the default
group and ownership. The group is users and I'm logged in as admin. Thus, if
I log in as root and download these patches, then would that be a good
approach or it is not a wise way to download these patches as root which in
turn will give the patches an ownership of root and the group will also be
root; and in that case we are giving the executable a powerful
permission....
