On the RaQ3, that configuration option is "/etc/httpd/conf/srm.conf" not in
httpd.conf.

You can find that in "/etc/httpd/conf/"
in the file "httpd.conf"

that line should look like this:

"DirectoryIndex index.html index.htm index.shtml index.php index.php4
index.php3 index.cgi"
