On my RaQ 3 I ran into the same problem. I moved the file into the packages
directory and then used the Web front end to tell it to install a package
already on the machine. The directory used on the RaQ 3 is
/home/packages
If there are packages there, then the front end will see them and list them.
You can then select it and install it.
I'm not sure this will help for the RaQ2, but since you are downloading the
same patches as me I would assume it should work.
