Just give it a try: log in to a Qube3 as a normal user, once done, get the
source of the page (not one of the frames, in Netscape: View->Page
Source), and you will see all the menu entries like:

siteMap.base_dns = new top.code.mItem_Item("base_dns", "DNS", "Domain Name
System (DNS) Settings can be changed here.", "", "/base/dns/dns.php",
false, true); 

And, of course, if you cut the URI and paste it to the browser's Location
field, you get to see all the data. You can't change it though, but much
of the info is not intended for public consumption. I've delved into the
code and it is supposed not to show the entries if the user has not the
proper access rights, but it looks like it is not working properly. I
haven't had enough time to pursue it further.

Pitty :-/ I hope that the powers that be decide to put the .po files for
developers use, so we can also produce proper .mo files for our Sausalito
based apps.
