we are working on this, but it is nothing that should cause major
problems.

I'm working on the manual. I have been busy, but the manual is soon to
be my primary focus. I promise :)

I don't think we are intentionally hiding them. I am inquiring as to
why they have been left off, and how we can best get them to customers.

I'm not sure what you are wanting here. Please explain in more detail
what you are trying to accomplish with this.
