[cobalt-developers] Upgrading PostgreSQL on RaQ3

Hi - 

A client was recently setup with a dedicated RaQ3 server, and I need
to install an updated Apache/SSL/PHP/PostgreSQL suite.

Ideally, I'd like to install PHP4 as an apache module, and upgrade to
PostgreSQL 7.x.  Has anyone done this successfully?  What issues are
involved?  I know from reading the list archives that the admin
interface uses PostgreSQL, so I want to be careful.

If someone hasn't done this already, I'd be willing to write a HOWTO
describing the process.  Any input would be greatly appreciated!
