Dear Cobalt Developers,

As the new year begins we want to make sure we continue to deliver and improve
our developer programs and information to best meet your needs. To 
help us with this
we are now conducting a formal developer survey.

A small number of members of the Cobalt Developer Network have been invited
to take part in this survey.  Your responses are very important in Cobalt's
efforts to better understand its users and continue to build a better
relationship with you, the developers.

Cobalt Developers Network has contracted with Modalis Research Technologies
to conduct this survey in order to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.
Your name and email address will not be used or sold for any other purpose
and your responses to this survey will be reported only in combination with
the answers of other respondents.
