What mailservers? Setting up an MX record does NOT create a mailserver
for outgoing email; it only points INCOMING email to a specific IP#.

AOL automatically redirects all email sent to ANY mailserver to it's own
mailservers, which are quite busy. I've had a few clients report this
error message in the past week. The problem is that your mail is going
out through AOL; they redirect ALL port 25 traffic to their own
mail-server.
The correct fix is to NOT use AOL, unfortunately.
