First turn off the catchall and see if he can get his mail. Then turn it back
on again.
This could be a problem with your /etc/mail/virtusertable.
Is the virtual account setup as testdom.com or www.testdom.com? You might have
to change
your catchall as admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
