I saw the problem on my Raq3i crop up a few months back (was it after an
update? I cannot be sure) but the problem resolved after installing patch
RaQ3-en-System-3.0.3-6375.pkg. Perhaps this will help.

I have got the same unresolved problem! What is Cobalt doing about it?
(apart from telling to rebuild the RaQ? ...micro$oft windows way!)
One thing is for sure: sites that are worstly hit have the biggest problem.
