[cobalt-developers] Separate Email Server to RaQ

Hello, we have a separate email server & dns's as part of the deal with
company that hosts our RaQ's, which works well and takes load off our RAQ's.

We have until today  had the email service on the RaQ turned off.

However, admin messages don't get delivered AND we want some web sites to
send messages using PHP & Java etc, these also won't work.

Using the RaQ4 Server Management, Service Settings, Parameters, we put in
the name of the email server "mail.exa.com.au" in as the smart relay host
name, but this has not helped.


Does anyone know what has to be changed?



p.s. The mail server we're using is called Rockliffe Mailsite and does Web
based email, POP, SMTP, IMAP4 etc. etc.
