RE: [cobalt-developers] Webalizer help



Tom,

have you seen this procedure actually work?  I have had no problem with any
virtual sites except FP sites.  I even when in and manually changed the
stats directory to be owned by nobody.  But I can never get past the
password protection.  I have tried every username known and still no go.

Telnet in,
locate webalizer.pl
edit webalizer.pl by changing httpd to nobody.

You can do this with;

pico webalizer.pl
^w chown (to find the relevant bit in the file!)
change httpd to nobody
