my initial installation of a second drive on my Raq3 was to place on 
and IBM compat machine, run fdisk and delete any and all 
partitions. Then when it mounted on the Raq3, the Raq prepared 
the drive and then mounted it.


I would suggest making a mirror or backup copy of the drive you 
are attempting to install and then use the above proceedure. once 
it has been prepared by the Raq, you could ftp transfer your files ..
