Ask on the users list, this is not a developer question.
The fact that our prompt says [admin@... suggest that in fact you are
still logged in as admin, not root. It would say [root@... if you
were. Type "su" (without the quotes) by itself. Enter your password
when prompted. Update mime.types. I think you then need to restart
httpd, with "/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart" (once again minus the
quotes)
