[cobalt-developers] Log Rotation Problem

Hello:
I am running a RaQ3 and am having a problem with some log file rotation.
There is a file called web.cache that is already up to over 106 megabytes.
There was also one called web.cache.new that was even larger.
I rebooted and the next day the web.cache.new was gone.
Can anyone provide me with guidance as to how I might empty out the web.cache?
Also, ever since this began, all new domains that have been added to the
server will not generate log files.
Any help is appreciated.
