Do you have /etc/httpd/conf/srm.conf.master and
/etc/httpd/conf/access.conf.master?
Both of these files exist on my RaQ and they ARE the master files. Just
copy them:
# cp /etc/httpd/conf/srm.conf.master /etc/httpd/conf/srm.conf
# cp /etc/httpd/conf/access.conf.master /etc/httpd/conf/access.conf
That should do it.
