[cobalt-developers] The mystery of the failing logs

I was looking through my httpd.conf trying to work out why the log
files weren't being generated for any of my sites when I noticed the
distinct lack of any log directives in the VirtualHost declarations.
I'm not sure if this is the problem, although it seems like a likely
candidate to me.  Could someone who has a correctly logging RaQ3 have
a look in their httpd.conf and say whether or not those lines are
there?
