Re: [cobalt-developers] permission error on installing mysql DBD driver for perl



If root doesn't own the file that you are trying to connect to the database
with (ie. perl script, shell script, etc), chown it to root, not admin, and
run it as root.  I ran into something similar to that as well.  And if you
are just trying to login to mysql, make sure you login as root.
