[cobalt-developers] Cube 2 Email Issues

After configuring email to connect via ISDN every 15mins mail is sent
and recieved OK. But if a user sends a mail to an internal email address
that was configured on the box, that also has to wait 15mins?? is there
away to allow internal mail to be sent and recieved straight away? 
Like a local_fetch_mail???
