[cobalt-developers] user can't loggin

Today a new problem with our Cobalt. :-(((((
We have a Cobalt with 200 small websites. Today all user not run. all user
don't recognize the password and don't retrieve mail, don't run ftp or
siteadmin.
We try to enter by admin account and change the password but Cobal answer
"no such user"
If we delete this user and re-create it the Cobalt answer "user already
exist"
We don't want to recreate over 500 user on this server. We need to
reactivate. how do we make now?
