The Chili!ASP pkg update that contains the Interbase driver is available at
http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com.

Interbase manuals are located at the Interbase website
(http://www.interbase.com) - it's a 10 meg download of a zipfile filled with
wonderful PDF documentation.
