?!  You have to be kidding me.  We run CGI wrappers on all of our servers
(admittedly not Raqs, we only use the Qubes internally, never for public
servers), and we don't have that problem.  That's a quirk of Cobalt's doing,
it's certainly not the fault of the wrappers themselves.  Can you recompile
your own wrappers and get it to work properly, perhaps?  Or has Cobalt made a
few modifications that would break their interface?
