[cobalt-developers] Majordomo and duplicate supression

Duplicate email suppression seems to be disabled.
on my Cobalt cube.  I was told by tech support
is shipped this way and I have to pay Professional
services to enable.

Can someone tell me what needs to be changed
so that folks on the .cc and are part of a discussion
list don't receive duplicate emails?
