I like the "shell tools" adduser, deluser, addvsite, delvsite...
but I've always thought it would be nice to have "moduser" and "modvsite" to
modify settings from the shell prompt. You could then script it.

I forget who within Cobalt writes the "shell tools", but maybe he would
oblige?
