[cobalt-developers] Publishing w/Front Page 2000

Greetings,

Server: RaQ3
Situation: Client publishes with Front Page 2000, Gets published in
/users/username/web

Admin: Setup site with own IP, enable FPage Extensions, Create 
admin user with admin privs. Setup dns.. 

Anyone able to advise why it's publishing in the /users/web and not 
/home/sites/site#/web ?
