I just dealt with a similar problem. Our office contacted cobalt support
and they sorted the configuration themselves (sorry I can't be more help,
but I never found out what the problem was).
So I suggest you give them a call (oh, we were using Europe office - I
don't know how friendly the US office is :)

Now if they can just fix it so I can use the Perl LWP module to retrieve
web pages on my server... ;-)
