Maybe.  Often it's something simple like you subscribed as
jpape@xxxxxxxx but your email gets to the list as jpape@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If it continues to happen, then send a post to the list and right
afterwards send me an email (with the same client/configuration) and let
me know which post you just made, and I'll compare headers and look for
problems.  If you choose to do this, then at the same time, be sure to
let me know how you're subscribed to the list.
