[cobalt-developers] aliases file is locked

I posted a few days ago but no one appears to have any answers
concerning these 2 error messages (I'm sure someone has the answer but
they didn't see the message :-) If anyone has the answer(s), please
respond. I deeply appreciate any help!

1. Every time I try to add an email aliases I receive the error message:

"The aliases file is locked."

2. When I try to delete a virtual site I receive the error message: "The
system is busy deleting another site. Please wait and try again."
