Capitalization is definitely language dependent, and I suppose a lot of
people for whom English is NOT their first language will have trouble
with it.  For example, if I were German, I'd capitalize very noun.

If I were first taught either Arabic or Hebrew, I'd have a lot of
trouble with the whole concept of capitalization.

I hope we're not getting petty about things like capitalization.
