[cobalt-developers] error message - aliases file is locked.

Every time I try to add an email aliases I receive the error message:
"The aliases file is locked." AND When I try to delete a virtual site I
receive the error message: "The system is busy deleting another site.
Please wait and try again."
Does anybody know what is going on and how I can overcome what is
quickly becoming a major obstacle. Thanks!
