Jeff,

Cobalt needs to add "--enable-log-login" for POP before SMTP to work. The
new qpopper does not log successfull POP logins in the /var/log/maillog
file.

	--with-popuid=admin \
	--with-pam=qpop \
	--enable-servermode \
