I had changed majardomo 1.94.5 to use bulk_mailer instead of sendmail
for a time to help distribute the load. Most mailing lists are
configurable in which mailer they use. MJ2 should have finer tuned
load balancing controls -- does subscribme have a limit on how many
addresses it will put in an envelope or can it do sorting based on
domains?

Generally rejects tend to happen based more on MaxDaemonChildren
and the ConnectionRateThrottle, there's also an option to determine
how many files you will process in the q.

How does SubscribeMe work, does it connect to the SMTP port or
does it call sendmail from the command line.
