[cobalt-developers] cgi-bin problems

I am trying to get a simple cgi script to work on a cobalt. and fail, this 
same program works ok on any other box nt4 freeBSD Linux etc..
Its a Network Looking Glass  lg.pl the most common perl program on the 
network hi.

I put the program in the cgi-bin dir for the main site. and all the web 
server does is lists the source code. ??

it refuses to run it. why ?

What do I do wrong.
