Patents are already a non-issue, look at OpenSSH and even RSAs patents
are gone in Grande Ol' September ;-).  Export still tends to be tricky.

Problem with doing everything securely is that my boss likes to tinker
with the administrative site and we setup customers with the siteadmin
which wouldn't work if the admin server was taken down...and the
siteadmin is really the biggest selling point of the RaQ systems that
I've seen.
