Hi Timo,

this is a common problem, if you cannot access via telnet on the raq with admin or any other user enabled to telnet, the solutions are:

Solution A
1) turn off the web service
2) try to login again and modify your files
3) turn on web service and retry

Solution B (BE CAREFUL !!!)
1) open the raq
2) extract the hard disk and connect it to a linux pc
3) mount the hdc1 with mount command
4) Backup all your files on the hard disk
4) check if the file /etc/shadow is empty or not
5) if empty replace the file /etc/shadow with /etc/shadow-
5) this will recover passwords for all users of the raq
6) If there is no way, i think you must  use the Cobalt restore CD.
