[cobalt-developers] apache port 81 access restrictions

Can anyone clue me in on the correct settings that I can use in the apache
config files that will restrict access for all service to certain IP
addresses? (or is this even possible?) I want to restrict access to port 81
(the web admin) to only IP's on my dialup network.

I am also considered using IPchains for this...
