[cobalt-developers] perl internal server error.

I just got a customer who has a site in my Raq2 server.
He installed a database manager perl cgi.
He is getting this "internal server error"

==> "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was 
unable to complete your request. "

I try to debug this cgi program, it looks fine. 
He tested the same perl scripts in other server of his own. He said it works 
fine there.

Is there something that I have to do such as upgrading perl version to 5.005 
(mine is 5.004)

Can someone advise me where to start to hack this problem?
