[cobalt-developers] broken procmail on Raq2

Is there a fixed MIPS rpm for the procmail v3.13.1 RedHat problem on a Raq2?

This is apparently why my autoresponder recipes aren't working on the Raq2.
Getting the 'suspicious rc file' log entry in the maillog and
the .procmailrc files in user accounts are not being read, and the procmail
logs are not
being written.
