While MistaAviB's reply is correct, I'm afraid it doesn't go far enough
in addressing one of your points, which I'll do below...

Yes, there is such an option.  It's easily set up.  Don't expect anyone
of us to teach it to you, though.  In fact, if you do find it out on
your own and install it on your own, we'll appreciate it if you'll let
us know when you do it.  Since it'll make your system an open really
that spammers will find and start using quickly, we'll all want to block
any and all mail from your system.
