[cobalt-developers] package installation

Since I'm on a a slow modem, and my Qube2 has a fast 
connection, I used telnet->ftp to move .pkg files onto my Qube.

Now I can't figure out how to install them.  The UI wants the 
packages to be on my computer, and I hate the idea of moving 
everyhting through my modem TWICE, when it's already sitting 
on the Qube.

Is there an easy way (I hope)?
