Well, if it not installed on your machine, that doesn't
mean it doen't exist, right? :o)

How can you be sure, that the other end is your computer?
How can it be sure, that this end is really you?
And the data you transmit is like sending postcards -
every concierge can read them and may even add some
comments.
If your data is not that valuable - no problem. But at least you
could 'su' to another user during the transfer, hmmm?
